Driving preferences tend to be more decisive and direct. They value efficiency and action, as they are driven by results, goals, and objectives. These preferences are considered determined and are more likely to initiate control over situations.  

Analytical preferences tend to be more reserved and quiet. They value time to process and think thoughtfully and logically. These preferences are less likely to be spontaneous or jump into something new quickly, as they prefer a slower pace and cautious approach.

INTERPRETIVE PREFERENCE

Idea preferences tend to gravitate towards notions, abstractions, linear thought, facts, and rationale when connecting with content. People preferences are drawn to emotion, human connection, visceral experience, stories, and social interactions.

LEARNING PREFERENCE

Adaptors learn best through exploration and experimentation. They observe reactions & listen to cues to develop theories, and learn through round table discussions, workshops, and scenario testing. They evaluate data according to their values, but they also trust facts and personal experience.

Adaptors appreciate visual and aural methods of learning, such as presentations. They observe reactions & listen to cues to develop theories, and learn through round table discussions, workshops, and scenario testing. 

They are interested in mixed reality experiences and devices to create new places for connection. 

A Visual Learning Preference means that you like to explore things visually to learn and process new information. You understand new information best through graphs, charts, models, hierarchies, and other graphic representations of new material. 

Aural learners prefer to learn through Auditory forms of information. These “heard” or “spoken”  formats can include discussions, lectures, podcasts, and similar.

LEADERSHIP PREFERENCE

As entrepreneurs and problem solvers, Adaptors lead with open-minded curiosity and expression. They seek to ride the wave of innovation and listen for the latest ideas. Adaptors aim to solve the unsolvable. They are technology-oriented, inventive, and resourceful. They are motivated towards efficacy and are opportunistic, reveling in the pitch and the deal. 

Entrepreneurial Dreamer leadership is about the thrill of competition and the quest for success. These preferences dare to pursue a grand vision or dream, and their success is gauged by a data dashboard, measurable variables,  and progress against the desired goals.  

Analytical Solver leaders are the first to confront difficulties and identify new opportunities. They apply facts and logic, rely on experienced perspectives to assess consequences, and consider all sides of a problem. This preference tends to follow their instincts gained over their experiences and show initiative.
