The Harmonizer™
“We can do this together.”
SOCIAL PREFERENCE
The Harmonizer is driven by an amiable and analytical mindset. They want to share space with people without actively communicating the whole time, and seek to create meaning out of new circumstances and scenarios.
Amiable preferences tend to be friendly and mild-tempered. They value relationships highly and are often considered agreeable and supportive as they shy away from conflict. These preferences share how they are feeling freely and appreciate building affinity with others.
Analytical preferences tend to be more reserved and quiet. They value time to process and think thoughtfully and logically. These preferences are less likely to be spontaneous or jump into something new quickly, as they prefer a slower pace and cautious approach.
INTERPRETIVE PREFERENCE
Harmonizers are peacemakers who care about the energy of a group or environment and are flexible on the physical or digital means to interact as long as it’s convenient and comfortable for all.
People preferences tend to be drawn to emotion, human connection, visceral experience, stories, and social interactions when connecting with content. Object preferences tend to gravitate toward things, aesthetics, artistry, use, ownership, and visual language.
LEARNING PREFERENCE
Harmonizers tend to learn best through collaboration, hands-on experience, and real-life application. They are happiest in a highly-structured environment where harmony and collaboration are encouraged and fostered.
Harmonizers enjoy learning through small group conversation and visual presentations, podcasts, and fireside chats. They love playing an active listener role in meetings and will constantly bring positive energy to group dynamics.
Harmonizers tend to be Aural and Visual learners.
Aural learners prefer to learn through Auditory forms of information. These “heard” or “spoken” formats can include discussions, lectures, podcasts, and similar.
A Visual Learning Preference means that you like to explore things visually to learn and process new information. You understand new information best through graphs, charts, models, hierarchies, and other graphic representations of new material.
LEADERSHIP PREFERENCE
They are problem solvers who lead with sensitivity and empathy. Harmonizers enjoy mentoring as a leader, and they listen to learn about other people’s personal experiences. They believe that humility in the service of ambition is the right mindset to do big things in a world of huge unknowns.
Harmonizers tend to be Analytical Solver and Missionary Builder Leaders.
Analytical Solver leaders are the first to confront difficulties and identify new opportunities. They apply facts and logic, rely on experienced perspectives to assess consequences, and consider all sides of a problem. This preference tends to follow their instincts gained over their experiences and show initiative.
Missionary Builder leaders aim for more than mere business success. For them, human values are what drives their passion to succeed. Success for these preferences is gauged by teams, trust, and relationships built in collaboration. Missionary Builders are motivated by initiating change rather than competition or money.
